When Playboy Fragrances selected Taormina as the backdrop for their latest summer campaign, Your Italy Fixer was trusted to lead on all local production support - delivering high-end logistics with calm, control, and creativity.

The brief was clear: sun, seduction and Sicilian elegance. The reality? A fast-paced, high-stakes shoot that tested every fixer skill in the book.

Taormina’s clifftop charm and cinematic light made it an ideal location, but shooting in this popular hotspot during peak summer comes with challenges. We navigated narrow, tourist-filled streets, managed tight access windows and juggled complex scheduling with models and their agents, keeping everyone informed, on time and on brand.

A sudden summer storm forced a last-minute location drop, but thanks to our local network and always-on contingency planning, we secured a new location within hours - a private beach club with panoramic views that, in the end, worked even better than the original.

From coordinating luxury villa access, providing models and make-up artists and managing local crews, to dealing with delicate client demands and unpredictable weather, our role was to ensure the creative team could focus on the vision - while we kept the machine running smoothly in the background.
